Founder Dr. Anita J. Arrunategui, holds a Doctorate from Colorado Theological Seminary as a Licensed Clinical Pastoral Counselor, a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Christian Counseling, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Liberty University. She is a Certified Temperament Counselor, certified in Integrated Marriage & Family Therapy, and has a Diplomate as a Clinical Supervisor for National Christian Counselors Association (NCCA). She holds a CAI (Certified Academic Institution) for Temperament training and Degree Program through NCCA. She also holds a certification as an Advanced-Master in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (A.R.T) . She is a certified Symbis facilitator. Anita is a founding member and certified by XO Marriage Mediators Institute. When Anita is out of session, she enjoys outdoor activities, including the beach and walks with her husband of thirty-nine years! She enjoys traveling to connect with her family and friends. She has four children, three step-children, and five beautiful granddaughters.

Founder and CEO: Dr. JM Arrunategui, formerly an OB-GYN Physician, a Life Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and CEO of his medical practice for 30 years. He has traveled with TeamHealthCare on 16 medical mission trips to various countries around the world providing medical care and hope to those in need. Dr. Arrunategui is now a National Christian Counselors Association (NCCA) Certified and Licensed Pastoral Counselor and a Certified and Licensed Temperament Counselor. He is also a certified Symbis facilitator. He is a founding member and certified by the XO Marriage Mediators Institute. JM and his wife of thirty nine years enjoy long walks, in the morning. They also enjoy weekly participation in Bible study groups and weekly date nights. Their focus are couples and individuals who are hurting and struggling in life. JM heart rejoices when he and his wife spend time visiting with their seven children, and five wonderful granddaughters.
