Individual Counseling

Sessions are design to give each person a place of expression for life’s challenges utilizing unique, individualized treatment plans to experience restoration and healing in areas such as self-awareness enhancement, improved coping skills, cognitive therapy exercises, communication skills, sexual abuse issues, codependency tendencies, depression, anxiety and grief.

Marriage Counseling

These sessions are designed to assist couples in greater understanding of each other’s temperaments, relief of chronic areas of friction, relationship restoration, improved communication, enhanced compatibility and pre-marital counsel.

Accelerated Resolution Therapy

Designed to give long term relief to those suffering from past traumatic events. It is a newly discovered evidence-based treatment for those who suffer from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and has been extremely effective for the veteran population. It combines Gestalt therapy with cognitive therapy and eye-movements to erase images that are causing fear, anxiety and distress.
