Relational Skills is accredited by the National Christian Counselors Association (N.C.C.A.). 

Our members consist of ministers, Christian counselors, medical doctors, educators, and attorneys who have been helping Christians for over 30 years fulfill their calling in what Drs.Richard and Phyllis Arno called the Ministry of Counseling. 

If you have a passion for bringing hope and healing to those in pain and brokenness, pursuing a career or ministry in counseling may be the right path for you. Our program offers Bachelor, Master, or Ph.D. degrees in counseling, for pastors and laypeople.

 

Our institution also provides distance learning and an in-depth study program to equip students with an education based on the foundation of  temperament theory. We believe that God created humans with inborn tendencies called temperament. Our founders, Dr. Richard & Dr. Phyllis Arno, have developed a comprehensive system called the Arno Profile System (A.P.S.) that gives an instant snapshot of the client's unique temperament, strengths, weaknesses, and needs. We teach a step-by-step counseling or coaching model to help clients operate within their true potential as God created them.

 

At Relational Skills, we provide Christian counseling degrees, N.C.C.A. licensure, personal supervision, and ongoing education to fully equip Christian counselors. We also offer A.P.S. certification and a Biblically-based counseling model that can be successfully utilized with clients. Our temperament analysis sessions offer clients vital information to bring clarity, hope, career path choices, improved relational skills, and effective ways to meet their needs for peace and satisfaction.
